Summer of 2018 in Review
In this special episode of SWTV News we feature several of the events which occurred this summer in Swift Current and the surrounding area. We begin our tour at Frontier Days held in Swift Current. Another celebration that highlights the western frontier is Heritage Days in Maple Creek. In 2019 Swift Current will host the Western Canada Summer Games. Several test events were held this past summer one of which was held at Lake Diefenbaker. We wrap our tour with a new event called RibFest which the Living Sky Casino and Doctor Noble Irwin Foundation partnered to create.
