Anthony Drake is a former Hodgeville school teacher who designed the Saskatchewan Flag in 1968. Now living in England, Anthony returned to Saskatchewan to a hero’s welcome and in a 3-week whirlwind tour was embraced by Saskatchewan politicians and residents alike.
